     I would have loved to speak more with my younger brother more when I and Raul called him last night but he cut the call short. He probably has more important things to do.
      It just saddens me that the gap between us is quickly widening. 
      Inspite of his attitude and what's happening, I'll continue supporting his final years at the Tarlac State University as a 5th year Engineering student.
      For now, I'm thinking of sending my other phone to Mama so we can talk more often. These past few weeks, I find myself having visions of her wandering aimlessly the streets of Tarlac City.

Pa-cham Recipe #01: Stir-Fry Potatoes and Sweet Peas

Ingredients:

 274 gms marble potatoes, sliced thinly
112 gms sweet peas
1  cup water
chopped onions
chopped garlic
1 tsp cooking oil
rock salt and black ground pepper 

 Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Then saute garlic and onions. Once they're tender, put in potatoes and season with soy sauce and scatter rock salt all over while mixing. Turn stove to high heat then put in sweet peas and add a cup of water. Leave potatoes and sweet peas boiling in 10 minutes. Season with ground black pepper

Total cost for recipe (excluding condiments and cooking oil) 37.92

Serves two persons.
